We first got to know Chris Onstad when he was the restaurant critic for the Portland Mercury. In 2012, he left that gig to start making great tasting soda to satisfy what he saw was a dearth of delicious opportunities for people who cared about their food experiences, but weren't partaking in anything with alcohol. That's led to a line of syrups catering to the retail and industry markets. Now Chris is poised to jump into the cannabis world. Listen to hear about his Portland journey.
