Dominique Geulin is a master and award winning baker (The Chevalier de l'Ordre de Mérite Agricole) and owner of St. Honoré, one of Portland's premiere boulangeries.

In this episode, we talk to Dominique about his upbringing in Normandy, France and his move to Portland in the early 1980s to help open Le Panier in Old Town.   We also talk with with Dominique's son Matt about what it's like to grow up with a baker-father... and if he'll follow in his father's footsteps.
