Astrid Ensign fell in love with Italian culture at
the age of 11 in very rural Montana when she happened upon a
National Geographic Magazine article. By 15 she was an exchange
student in Northern Italy, and has spent 25 years immersing herself
in the architecture and food of all regions of the mainland and
Sicily. Now she leads Portlanders every year to tour and eat the
very best of Italy with Right at the Fork Host Chris Angelus'
Portland Food Adventures.
